Prize-winners of the Swiss Youth Music Competition
For the third time, the Chamber Music Hall sets the stage for a truly special concert experience: prize-winners from various categories of the Swiss Youth Music Competition present a “Best of” showcase – a glimpse into the musical future of tomorrow.
Look forward to a diverse programme ranging from solo performances to ensemble formations – an inspiring start to the year 2026!
All participating musicians were awarded first prize at the 50th Swiss Youth Music Competition in May 2025 in Zurich. This competition has long established itself as a significant national platform for young musicians, attracting around 1,500 participants aged between 8 and 20 every year. At its heart is not only artistic achievement but above all the joy of making music and sharing it with like-minded peers.
Through concerts such as this one at Kultur Kulinarik Vitznau, these young talents gain valuable stage experience – a springboard that gives them confidence and ease for future competitions and performances.
